Questions planners ask.
Is there a guest limit?
No. Planner plans have no guest limit, with a fair-use cap of 1,000 guests per event.
Can the couple manage their own event?
Couples join as co-hosts: they follow the counts on the night, then view and download the gallery in the app. Planning and settings stay with you, in the console.
What happens to galleries if we cancel?
Running events finish and later ones pause. Every gallery then stays read-only for 30 days, so couples can download their photos, and is then deleted. Galleries kept forever are never deleted.
How do we pay?
Monthly or yearly by card, or by FPX against an invoice. Prices are in MYR.
What if the venue has no signal?
Guests keep shooting. Photos wait on their phones and upload when the signal is back, and a guest's door pass still opens offline.
Do guests need an account or pay anything?
Guests never pay. They sign in once with Apple, Google or an email code, then join with the code, QR or link.
