A roll of film for every wedding guest.

Put a QR code on every table. Your guests scan it, load the roll you chose and shoot the night as they see it: no previews, no retakes. The morning after, every photo develops at once, and you see your wedding through everyone's eyes.

Akad nikah and sanding, tea ceremony, church or temple: it works the same at every kind of wedding.

Coming soon to iPhone and Android.

From the first table to the morning after.

  1. Before: set up the camera.

Name the event, pick one film stock for everyone, choose 12, 24 or 36 shots per guest, and decide when the photos develop.

  2. At the reception: hand out the cameras.

Print the table cards, or put the QR on your welcome sign. Guests scan it, sign in once, and their roll is loaded. Free for guests.

  3. All night: everyone shoots.

Nobody can see what they took, so nobody stops to check. The counter just counts down. If the hall's signal drops, photos wait on the phone until it's back.

  4. The morning after: it develops.

At the time you chose, the whole night comes up at once, for you and every guest. Save your favourites, download the lot, and keep the gallery forever if you like.

The photos your photographer can't take.

  • Every corner of the room.

Your photographer follows you. Your guests are everywhere else: the aunties' table, the dance floor, the car park after.

  • Nobody stuck on a screen.

No previews means no checking, no retaking and no deleting. Guests take the shot and get back to the party.

  • Nothing out before you see it.

Photos stay hidden until they develop, so the first look at your wedding is yours, not a post someone shared at 11 pm.

  • A keepsake, not a camera roll.

Every photo carries its film look and date stamp, laid out on contact sheets you'll actually look at again.

The running order, in every guest's pocket.

The camera your guests are holding is also the day's app. Nobody has to install anything else.

  • Schedule

The running order, with camera moments: a nudge to every phone before the first dance and the cake cutting.

  • News

Updates to every guest at once: dinner is served, the bus leaves at 11, the basement car park is full.

  • Wishes

Guests write you notes, sealed until the photos develop, so they arrive together.

  • Pass

Door check-in: one scan checks a guest in and loads their roll.

Schedule and News come with every planner plan. Wishes and door check-in come with the planner Pro and Studio plans.

How many guests can shoot?

  • 5The Viewfinder (free)
  • 10The Film Club
  • 50The Darkroom

Malaysian weddings are often bigger. Planner plans have no guest limit, and a single month covers one wedding. See planner plans

If more guests try to join than your plan allows, they wait, and you can make room from the app. One guest on two phones counts once. Guests never pay.

Questions couples ask.

Do our guests need to download an app?

Yes, the free 36Stories app for iPhone or Android. Scanning the QR on the table opens it, or the App Store or Google Play if they don't have it yet. Guests sign in once with Apple, Google or an email code, and never pay.

Will we see the photos before our guests do?

If you choose Host only when you set up the event, yes: the photos come to you first and you choose what to share. With Live or Scheduled, everyone sees them at the same moment.

Can we stop a photo we don't like from being shared?

Anyone can report a photo, and a reported photo is hidden at once until you decide. With Host only, nothing reaches your guests until you share it.

What if the hall has no signal?

Guests keep shooting. Photos wait on their phones and upload when the signal is back, so nothing is lost.

Does it replace our photographer?

No. Your photographer gets the portraits and the big moments. 36Stories gets everything in between, from every seat in the room.

How long can we keep the photos?

Every gallery shows its closing date. Save your favourites before then, download the whole gallery, or keep it forever with a one-time purchase in the app.

Your wedding, through everyone's eyes.
